English — Dues and death benefit payments

Use the Local 602 Working Systems Member Portal to pay dues and/or death benefits online.

1. Open the official Member Portal in Working Systems using the button below.

2. Log in with your IBEW card number as your username. For first-time access, the supplied Local instructions say to use your last name as registered, in ALL CAPS, followed immediately by the last four digits of your Social Security number (LASTNAME####). If you registered with two last names, include both with the space between them (LASTNAME LASTNAME####); do not add a space before the four digits. If you already changed your password, use your current password. For access help, call the Hall at 806-376-9945.

3. Use the portal menu to find dues and death benefit payments.

4. Choose what to pay. For dues, follow the prompts to select the dues period. For death benefits, review the amount shown and follow the payment prompts. If paying both, complete payment for each item; paying dues does not automatically pay death benefits.

5. Review the selected items, total amount and any fees displayed. Enter payment information only in Working Systems and follow its prompts to complete payment.

6. Wait for a successful payment confirmation, then save or take a screenshot of your receipt. If paying both dues and death benefits, check that both appear in your confirmation or receipts.

Payment or account help

Call Local 602 at 806-376-9945 during business hours if you need assistance. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, contact the Hall before submitting it again.

Español — Pagos de cuotas y beneficios por fallecimiento

Usa el portal de miembros de la Local 602 en Working Systems para pagar en línea tus cuotas y/o beneficios por fallecimiento.

1. Abre el portal oficial de miembros en Working Systems con el botón de abajo.

2. Inicia sesión con tu número de tarjeta de IBEW como nombre de usuario. Para el primer acceso, las instrucciones de la Local indican que uses tu apellido tal como está registrado, en MAYÚSCULAS, seguido inmediatamente de los últimos cuatro dígitos de tu número de Seguro Social (APELLIDO####). Si te registraste con dos apellidos, incluye ambos con el espacio entre ellos (APELLIDO APELLIDO####); no agregues un espacio antes de los cuatro dígitos. Si ya cambiaste tu contraseña, usa tu contraseña actual. Para obtener ayuda de acceso, llama a la oficina al 806-376-9945.

3. Usa el menú del portal para encontrar los pagos de cuotas y de beneficios por fallecimiento.

4. Elige qué pagar. Para las cuotas, sigue las instrucciones para seleccionar el período que deseas pagar. Para los beneficios por fallecimiento, revisa el monto mostrado y sigue las instrucciones de pago. Si pagas ambos conceptos, completa el pago de cada uno; pagar las cuotas no paga automáticamente los beneficios por fallecimiento.

5. Revisa los conceptos seleccionados, el monto total y cualquier cargo que se muestre. Ingresa tu información de pago únicamente en Working Systems y sigue sus instrucciones para completar el pago.

6. Espera la confirmación de que el pago se realizó correctamente; después guarda tu recibo o toma una captura de pantalla. Si pagas cuotas y beneficios por fallecimiento, verifica que ambos conceptos aparezcan en la confirmación o en los recibos.

Ayuda con pagos o con tu cuenta

Si necesitas ayuda, llama a la Local 602 al 806-376-9945 durante el horario de oficina. Si no estás seguro de si un pago se realizó, comunícate con la oficina antes de enviarlo nuevamente.
